O - 14 : Bond. 20 Dec. 1751. Joshua TURNER of Sussex County, De. is firmly bound unto Benjamin CLIFTEN of the same in the sum 25 of current money of Pa. to be paid unto said CLIFTEN. Condition of said Bond is such that if Joshua TURNER convey sufficient Deed of Sale for a tract of land situate in Prime Hook Hundred containing 100 acres in being part of a tract that Joshua TURNER now lives in this Obligation to be void.
