Maryland Sc. } Know All Men by these Presents, that we, Rose E. Deputy, as Principal, and Lewin B. Deputy and S. Scott Beck, as sureties, all of Kent county, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland, in the full and just sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, to be paid to the State of Maryland aforesaid:  To which payment, well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves and every of us, our and every of our heirs, Executors and Administrators, in the whole and for the whole, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals, dated this 9th day of March in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and Twenty-six. 

The condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above bounden Rose E. Deputy, shall well and truly perform the office of Administratrix of the estate of John L Deputy late of Kent county, deceased, according to law, and shall in all respects discharge the duties of her required by law as Administratrix aforesaid, without any injury or damage to any person interested in the faithful performance of the said office, then the above obligation shall be void; it is otherwise to be in full force and virtue in law.

In the matter of the settlement of the estate of John L Deputy, late of Kent County,
deceased: The petition of Rose E. Deputy, respectfully showeth that John L Deputy a resident of Kent County, State of Maryland, departed this life at Fairlee in said County, on Friday, the 26th day of February, A.D., 1926 at 7:30 o'clock, P.M., leaving no last will and testament that has come to the knowledge or possession of your petitioner; that said decedent left surviving the following heirs-at-law, viz:

State of Maryland to all persons to whom these presents shall come,  Greeting:    Know ye, that no last Will and Testament of John L Deputy, late of Kent County, deceased, has been brought to the notice of the Orphans' Court and Rose E. Deputy having petitioned the Court for Letters of Administration upon the estate of the said
decedent, the same having been duly examined and approved and she having filed an acceptable Bond in the penal sum of One Hundred Dollars, Administration of all goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased is hereby granted and committed unto Rose E Deputy, Administratrix by the said Court appointed Witness,  Edward Alcott m Chief Judge of the Orphans' Court of Kent County, this 9th day of March, 1926.

The petition of Rose E Deputy for Letters of Administration upon the estate of John L Deputy, having been duly filed, examined and approved, it is ORDERED by the Orphans' Court for Kent County, Md., this 9th day of March, 1926, that Rose E Deputy BE and she is hereby appointed Admix. of the estate of John L Deputy, deceased, and that she shall be duly qualified to execute the duties of said office when her bond has been filed and accepted and she has properly qualified, according to the Laws of the State of Maryland .

First and Final Administration Account of Rose E Deputy, Administratrix of the estate of John L Deputy, late of Kent County, deceased, and passed by the Orphans' Court for the County aforesaid on the 1st day of February, 1927.

This accountant shows that there was no personal estate coming into the hands and only a few claims filed against the estate, the purpose of the administration being to clear the title to the real estate owned by the said John L Deputy at the time of his death, but she craves allowance for the following disbursements or expenses of said Administration:
